The final episode of the TV series Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat begins with a ferocious battle with Kalinga, Ashoka finally emerges victorious, but, not before Kaurwaki makes him realise his role as an emperor. On seeing Ashoka in his fearful ‘Chand Avatar’, Radhagupt leaves him, while Devi walks away with her son. After all the bloodshed, Ashoka seeks peace, repents for his wrongdoings and even publicly accepts his mistakes. As a mark of respect, we have the ‘Ashoka Emblem’ and the ‘Great Ashoka Chakra’ that reminds us about the brave emperor.
The episode of the Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat further shows that Ashoka is just enjoying his king hood in the Magadha with an aim to full fill the dream to build the Akhand Bharath. Devi tries to make Kaurvaki realised that now when everything is fine she need to be with Ashoka but Kauirvaki refused to find out that Devi is pregnant with Ashoka’s kid.
Now Devi gives birth to a son Mahendra and daughter Sanghamitra. Ashoka wants his son Mahendra to be brave like him for that when Mahendra’s hands were cut by mistake and Devi scolded Ashoka that why he did not take care of Mahendra, Ashoka asked Devi that my son needs to be brave like me.
Mahatmya asked Ashoka when Ashoka announced that Magadha will be fought with Kalinga that in this war so many citizens of both states will be killing but Ashoka asked to him that in the case of his dream to build Akhand Bharath nothing matters.
Kaurvaki tries to make him realised that the fight between Magadha and Kalinga should not happen as anything is more important than people’s life but Ashoka said that I need to do the war as the war between two states is require to build the Akhand Bharath and I need to do this as this is Maharaja’s Bindu’s dream actually.
In the brutal war, Ashoka feels sad to see that too many dead bodies are there but his dream come true to see the Akhand Bharath. Kaurvaki with teary eyes asked to him that he is seeing the Akhand Bharath but he will never forget this scene to see these dead bodies.
Now Ashoka’s mission is fulfilled and he left to find happiness. Stories about him prove how he accepted his mistakes and learnt lessons from them. There was no other Samrat like him ever again!
