The Tech giant Google is constantly working towards improving the Maps feature so that this can be turn easier for the users to commutate and go back and forth to use the features properly in this Google world. The company has also managed to add more language support which will support the Google Maps also. Google has added support for 39 new languages to Google Maps.
In an official statement the company stated, “Today, we’re making Google Maps even more useful by adding 39 new languages—spoken by an estimated 1.25 billion people worldwide: Afrikaans, Albanian, Amharic, Armenian, Azerbaijani, Bosnian, Burmese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Estonian, Filipino, Finnish, Georgian, Hebrew, Icelandic, Indonesian, Kazakh, Khmer, Kyrgyz, Lao, Latvian, Lithuanian, Macedonian, Malay, Mongolian, Norwegian, Persian, Romanian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Swahili, Swedish, Turkish, Ukrainian, Uzbek, Vietnamese, and Zulu.”

Already previously, on this month, Google introduced four new features in Google Maps which will be actually for the Indian users only.
The features rolled out which consists of the Plus codes, add an address, smart address search that will be support for 6 new Indian languages also.
The Plus Code feature of Google Maps is actually based on a system which divides the geographical surface of the Earth into tiny ‘tiled areas’ also.
These areas are given unique 4-digit codes that will be further tiled areas and also attributed to 6 more code digits. Typing in each code post the 4-digit area code will zoom into the desired addressed anyway.
The add an addressing feature that can make the users able to add places to Google Maps which were not mentioned in the previous time.
On the other hand, the smart address search uses AI’s prowess which the close by landmarks to the particular location that will be help user to search for the basic pieces of stuff.
