A big news is coming out from the Malappuram, Kerala where police arrested two persons and seized Rs 1.1 crore from them. As per the reports, on Friday police got a tip from sources about these two guys moving money in their car. Police followed them and the currency notes in Rs 2,000 and 500 were concealed in storage inside their car. Overall, the police are investigating the whole case now.
As per the reports, the Perinthalmanna police on Friday arrested these two accused identified as Mujeeb Rahman of Malappuram and Mohammed Basheer of Thrissur. They were stopped by the special police squad at Jubilee Road in the town following a tip-off. The car was also taken into custody.

Also, the Police said that “the arrested were only carriers hired for bringing the money from Coimbatore and were not aware of the exact source. Further interrogation will be done by the Income Tax officials from Palakkad.”
You may all know that in the last three months, the police had seized around unaccounted money worth Rs 6 crore from the various places in Kerala. Also, they sized banned notes of Rs 1,000 and 500 from Perithalmanna. Also, the reports are saying that 11 persons had also been arrested in connection with separate cases. Police currently checking that what if they all cases are included to one and they are doing the further inquiry.
