India No Lockdown To Be Imposed in Delhi But Busy Areas Can See Restrictions

On Wednesday, the health minister of Delhi named Satyendar Jain said in a statement about the lockdown in Delhi that as per the plan of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal to impose the lockdown in the capital but now there will be no lockdown in the national capital and only a few restrictions have been taking place in the more effective zone from the virus. This step takes place because there is an increase in the case of the virus in Delhi.

India No Lockdown To Be Imposed in Delhi

Satyender Jain passes a statement that “There will be no lockdown in Delhi and there is no need of it either. We have learned the experience of lockdown. There is no need to repeat it but there can be local restrictions at some busy places. Maximum tests are being conducted which we will further increase. The virus can easily spread due to large gatherings during Chhath Puja, hence the restrictions”.

According to his statement, the third wave of the virus has come to its peak in Delhi which is not a good sign of recovery. Our chief minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal sends a notice to the central government on Tuesday to impose the lockdown in Delhi because the increasing rate of virus affected people is spread in Delhi which harms people with a higher rate that why he demanded to closed the virus hotspots for few days or to impose the restrictions in these areas.

As per the reports of the Delhi government around 60,000 tests were conducted in the previous two months and no one state has a tendency to do this type of speed in their area and Delhi is the only area which covered this ratio is just a minimum time. Further, the tests will increase along with RT-PCR. On the behalf of Tuesday data, a number of 6,396 new cases were found and the positive ratio was reached 13 percent.

A meeting was organized on 15th November 2020, where our Union Home Minister Amit Shah along with several ministers such as Union Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan, Delhi Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal, CM Arvind Kejriwal, and Satyendar Jain review the situation of Delhi and ongoing spreading of the virus. The meeting was organized on the North Block. After that, Amit Shah declared numerous steps such as increasing RT-PCR examinations and growing medical support, to make under key Delhi’s growing amount of cases. Stay tuned with us.
