Jaipur BJP MLA Son Hit an Auto Rickshaw With BMW Car & killed 3 Innocent People

The son of an independent MLA who was driving a BMW car at high speed hit an autorickshaw and after hitting the rickshaw he rammed the car into a PCR van. The three person who were in the autorickshaw were killed and four policemen were injured in the accident.

This accident occurred on Saturday morning.

Siddharth Maharia who was driving a BMW car is son of independent MLA Nand Kishore Maharia.

Police said and claimed that Siddharth was driving the car at very high speed.

Police told that Siddharth hit an autorickshaw first and then a PCR. They also said that impact of crash was so extreme that the autorickshaw fell 200 feet away from the site and totally destroyed in the accident.

In this accident, Two passengers of the autorickshaw died on the spot and as many were injured. One Assistant Sub Inspector and three other policemen on duty were also injured.

Manish Agarwal, DCP South, said that the five injured were immediately rushed to SMS hospital where one passenger who was travelling in an autorickshaw succumbed to injuries later.

The DCP said that the injured Assistant Sub Inspector of Rajasthan police got injury in the head and he is under treatment. Rest three police officer were given primary treatment.

As per the initial information, Siddharth was drunk at the time of driving the car and to confirm it, we conducted a medical test on Siddharth.

The police said that there were four persons in the car at the time of accident. Two of them ran secretly and the rest two were under arrest – Siddharth and his relative Jayant.

Officials said that Both of them are at a police station and action against the driver will be taken after the registration of an FIR.

Meanwhile, Siddharth claimed that he was not driving the car. He also denied that he had consumed alcohol.

SHO Bala Ram, Ashok Nagar police station, said that we identified One of the deceased and we are trying to identify the other deceased.
