Kedarnath Helicopter Crash Updates: 6 Pilgrims Killed In Chopper Accident, Deceased Identified:- It is saddening to hear that a helicopter carrying Kedarnath pilgrims fatally crashed after colliding with a hill and low visibility during its flight. The news of the incident was confirmed just hours before in which a helicopter crashed into a hill due to low visibility in Uttarakhand’s Rudraprayag district in Tuesday morning. Since the news of this incident came out, many users are trying to know each and every detail of the incident. According to the latest reports, the helicopter, owned by Delhi-based company Aryan Aviation Private Limited was traveling back from Kedarnath when it crashed near Garud Chatti a few minutes after it went off.
6 Pilgrims Killed In Chopper Accident, Deceased Identified
After the incident came into the limelight, the search and rescue operation began with teams of the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) and also district police. The rescue operation was a bit hard due to rain in the accidental area. The SDRF released a statement that reads,” The search and rescue operation is going on. The helicopter was from the Aryan Company and seven people were traveling on it. Due to fog, there was less visibility and the helicopter crashed after colliding with a hill”. The incident took place between Lincholi and Garud Chati.
As per the reports, almost seven people were killed in the accident who was on board. Now, the deceased has been identified as Purva Ramanuj, Prem Kumar, Sujata, Urvi, Kriti, Kala, and pilot Anil Singh. After the incident, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, and other ministers tweeted about this fatal accident.

A statement was shared by the official PMO India account,” Anguished by the helicopter crash at Uttarakhand. In this tragic hour, my thoughts are with the bereaved families”. Since the announcement of the incident made, many people paying condolence to the family of the deceased who lost their lives in this fatal accident. Well, it was not the first time that a helicopter crash took place. The crash happened at Garudchatti near Kedarnath after the chopper took off from Kedarnath for Phata.
A video was also shared on Twitter in which a helicopter was seen crashed on the mountain and rescuers were trying to locate the people.
