MNS Chitrapat Sena representative – Amey Khopkar said earlier today that we gave a 48-hour deadline to Pakistani actors and artists to leave India or MNS will push them out. Pakistani kalakaar toh maar khaayenge hi, saath mein jo yahan producer/director hain unko bhi peetenge.

One of the much awaited film of 2016 – Ae Dil Hai Mushkil starring Pakistani actor – Fawad Khan will face a tough backlash when it releases.
The threat came in the wake of the recent attacks in Uri army headqaurters in Kashmir where 18 Jawans were killed in an militant attack. The Shiv Sena and MNS objected to artists from Pakistan working in India.
Shiv Sena MP – Sanjay Raut reiterated that we are talking about banning them (Pakistanis) globally. Why are we indulging in Diplomacy? Why we are continuing talks with them? As a nation, we should snap all ties with Pakistan immediately.

In the past, two parties have used similar tactics to oppose the working with Pakistan. Artists from across the border currently employed with Bollywood films include, Mahira Khan, Saba Qamar, Mawra Hocane, Imran Abbas and Fawad Khan.
