LG recently revealed the whole specification sheet of its new smartphone names as ‘Velvet’ even before the phone is launched. LG has now officially launched the Velvet along with its pricing and availability details. This is going to be the first phone from LG’s rebranded and brand new smartphone series, this will also end the production of the G-series.

Now, talking about the price of the phone, LG Velvet will be available at the price 899,900 won which approximates to Rs 55,900 and it will go on sale in Korea first. The smartphone will contain a top notch, and will be available in four variants which are ‘ Aurora Green’, ‘Aurora Gray’, ‘ Aurora White’ and ‘ Illusion Sunset’. Oh, there is one more really interesting feature in the phone, that is it supports for a Stylus and there will be app in the phone that will convert handwriting to text to go along with the stylus.
LG Velvet will come with a huge 6.8-inch OLED FHD+ display, and it will run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 765G processor incubated with 5G support. Talking about the software, the phone will run on Android 10 out of the box. The phone is packed with a 4,300mAh battery supported with fast charging and wireless charging as well. The phone will be out with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage which can be expanded upto 2TB. This phone will not be available in any other variant.

Looking at the camera, the LG Velvet with consist of a triple camera setup. The primary being 48MP, a 8MP wide angle lens and a 5MP depth sensor lens. In the front we have 16MP camera for selfies. The phone also has another really interesting feature which is called the ASMR recording. Now, the users can easily record the crisp of their fried chicken, the Horrook of their Maggie noodles, the slurp of their soda easily with this amazing feature. The smartphone will come along with. fC support, IP68 rating and UFS 2.1.
Looking at the feature this definitely looks like a great phone. Also, as it is mentioned that it will be first launched in Korea, which originated the Mukbangs. so certainly the ASMR recording feature will be a great hit in the markets, and there is no doubt on that.
