Mahindra & Mahindra has launched its new S9 variant to its long-running Scorpio SUV named Mahindra Scorpio S9. The Mahindra Scorpio S9 is going to be available at ₹ 13.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) and assembles under the S11 in the line-up. Remarkably, the Scorpio S9 alternative was initially accessible when the present generation of the SUV was presented in 2014 and now it is reintroduced in the market. The all-new Mahindra Scorpio S9 is loaded with various new features while being more inexpensive or reasonable than the top Mahindra S11 variant.

The Mahindra Scorpio S9 is almost ₹ 60,000 expensive than the Mahindra Scorpio S7 trim and almost ₹ 1.4 lakh less than the Mahindra Scorpio S11 variant.

The new Scorpio S9 offers a great feature package at an attractive price point making it a compelling buy for customers looking for a true-blue SUV, while retaining Scorpio’s core DNA of power, driving thrill and adventure.”
The new Mahindra Scorpio vaient, S9 is well-equipped with Fully Automatic Temperature Control (FATC), LED light guides, fog lamps, hydraulic assisted bonnet ORVMs with turn indicators, static bender projector headlamps, and cushion suspension with anti-roll technology. This new variant SUV also assist with steering mounted audio controls, auto climate control, voice assist system, 5.9-inch touchscreen infotainment system with navigation, engine immobiliser, anti-theft warning, panic brake indication, dual front airbags with ABS, and lot more other features.
This new Mahindra SUV offers the seven seater variant with the front facing third row, creating it a worthwhile choice in respective of other SUV brands. The Mahindra Scorpio S9 approaches from the similar 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engine that churns out 140 bhp with the peak torque of 320 Nm, which is combined with a 6-speed gearbox which will handle transmission duties. This variant of SUV is going to give a tight competition to the Tata Safari Storme, Renault Duster, Hyundai Creta and also the forthcoming Tata Harrier.
