MBA student kidnapped, Gang-raped by Four men in UP :- According to the police, an MBA student from Meerut was allegedly abducted and gang-raped by four men while she was on her way back from college. After the girl did not reach home until late Sunday evening, her family rushed to the police station and informed the cops about the same.

On receiving the complaint from the girl’s family, police traced the girl’s mobile phone and rescued her from the Siyana area in Bulandshahr.
Tejveer Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police Garhmukteshwa, said, “The victim was rescued by police from Siyana in Bulandshahr. A case has been registered and an investigation is underway.”
She was then admitted to a medical college. Initially, her condition was critical, but now it is reportedly stable.
Earlier, the reports revealed that one of the accused is known to the victim. She was travelling back home from college on a bus when the vehicle broke down. She alighted from the bus and started marching from there onwards but on her way she was kidnapped by four men.
Meanwhile, Meerut Inspector-General Praveen Kumar said that it is not a case of kidnapping or gang-rape and during the investigation, the police found out that the girl willingly went with one of her classmates. She got injured after the fell down from a motorcycle. He said, “During the investigation it was found that the girl went with her classmate on her own, both are adults. She got injured after falling from a bike, rape has not been confirmed in the medical reports. This is not a case of kidnapping or gang-rape.”
The investigation is underway and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with the findings.
