One of the top popular and high-class motor companies MG Motors India extended their delivery period from 1 month to 2-3 months but now it seems like MG Motors is not able to fulfill the promises it has made to its customers as customers who booked MG cars are waiting for their respective cars but MG motors does not seem in the mood to deliver the cars. They Only Have 1 thing to give to their customers and it is just fake promises. Over the past few months, numerous cases have been reported regarding the waiting period for MG Motor’s cars in India. The queue of the customers is quite lengthy who are still waiting for their MG Motor car. Meanwhile, the waiting period is being extended relentlessly.
Grooming Web Technologies parent company of DekhNews booked a MG Hector through their dealership (MG Motors Delhi North, Prashant Vihar) on May 2nd, 2022, and the booking ID is DE03103509. they clearly told us that your car will be delivered within 2-3 months. But, at the time of writing this, I haven’t still got my car yet. It’s been more than 4 months.
I received a call from the dealer yesterday and he told me that my car is still not allocated yet so, that means I am going to get my car after 6 months (which is not confirmed). I am not sure when I am going to receive the car. Without prior notice, MG has been delaying the delivery date. The worst part is that MG Motor India has wasted five months. I urgently needed the car.
But now, if I cancel the booking and book any other car, it will also take 3-5 to get that car. Just because of MG Motor India, I suffered from this. Neither the dealers nor MG Motor India is giving any clarification about the continuous change of delivery date.

1. So Finally after 5 months of booking @mgmotorindia again told me that your car will not be delivered this month. Such a pathetic service they have first the dealer told me that you will get the car in 2 months after 2 months dealer said wait for 5 to 10 days then after that

Cont.. he said next month you’ll get your car and this process goes on every month and now its been 5 months and dealer again said your car is not allocated. @mgmotorindia either try to deliver cars on time or tell your dealers to not to make fake promises to customers.

I have also listed my tweets while dealing with MG Motor’s delaying issue for the past many months. Customers have waited three to four times than the promised waiting period for their cars’ deliveries. And the matter is still to be resolved.
After every tweet, I just received a call from Pulsehub and they urge me to wait till another month, this process has been running for the past three months. Now, I am totally fed up. I just want a proper confirmation from the company to give me the proper date either deliver the car or cancel my booking.
