NEET PG Result 2019 Examination Cut off Merit list Results Declared at nbe.edu.in

National Board of Examination (NBE) has announced the results of National Eligibility together with Entrance Test (NEET) post graduate (PG). The NEET PG examinations admit card was released on 30th December 2019 and was held on 6 January 2019 in various examination centres.

The mode of exam was conducted in an online mode with a total number of 300 multiple choice-based types questions. The exam was held for 3 hours 30 minutes of duration. There was 4 marks granted for each correct answer and 1 mark was deducted for each incorrect answer and 0 for any unanswered questions.

NEET PG basically is an eligibility cum ranking exam which is conducted in order to select the aspirants who seek to pursue medical to several Doctor of Medicine (MD)/ Master of Science (MS) and PG Diploma courses.

For general category the cut off has increased by 19 marks in comparison to last year’s score which was 321. Likewise for other categories the cut off scores have also increased by 5-6%.

Candidates who have appeared for the NEET PG examination can check or download their result at the official website of NBE at nbe.edu.in. The candidates can download their scorecard from February 6 onwards. The National Board of Examination has also announced the cut offs, which can also be checked out at the official website.

NBE has also released the merit list for the 2019 NEET PG candidates who have appeared for the examination. The candidates who have cleared the NEET PG examination will further appear in the counselling procedure trailed by admissions to the medical institutions centred on the ranks they attained.

National Board of Examination conducted NEET PG exam 2019 on 6th January 2019 in which total number of 1, 48,000 candidates appeared in the examination. The medical entrance examinations were held at various centres in around 165 cities across the country.

In Jammu and Kashmir, the NEET PG 2019 was postponed due to the reason of the extreme weather at the region. The board then conducted the test on January 17 for PG candidates at the Jammu and Kashmir. National Board of Examination was still fast to finish their calculation procedure and announce the results on time. Based on the scores, the corresponding medical institutions across the country will announce their cut-offs for the 2019-21 academic session.

NEET PG 2019 Exam Results: Steps to Download

Step 1: Firstly, visit the official websites at nbe.edu.in and natboard.edu.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the NEET PG tab.

Step 3: After clicking on the tab, you will be directed to a new window.

Step 4: Look for the result link on the new window.

Step 5: Enter the asked credentials in the arranged format.

Step 6: Fill all the asked details correctly.

Step 7: Your NEET PG 2019 results will be displayed on your screen.

Step 8: Check or Download your result and take a print out of it for future reference.
