NEET Counselling 2019 Begins, Check MCC UG Schedule Released & Seat Allotment Process

The process for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2019 counseling has already started online for Rajasthan from today on this 19 June. All applicants who have qualified NEET 2019 are eligible for the counseling, filling and locking of choices according to the college seat matrix available on the official website. The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) has announced the NEET Counselling 2019 schedule. The online MCC Counselling and Seat Allotment for 15% All India Quota/ Deemed/ Central Universities/ ESIC and AFMC (MBBS/BDS) seats will commence on June 19, 2019. State level NEET counseling will be conducted separately by the respective state authorities.

NEET Counselling 2019

In a notification by the NEET UG Medical and Dental Admission/Counselling Board 2019, the counseling shall start for all government and private medical and dental colleges.

All Candidates can submit their registration forms (includes filling up and saving of the choices and changing the choices multiple times) till this June 27th. Auto-locking of choices will be permitted till 11.45 pm on this 27th June.

All students will have to deposit the registration fees via the e-Mitra CSC network/internet banking/debit card/credit card before 5 pm on this 27th June.

The registration process is compulsory. Candidates who do not register will not be eligible for allotment in any round or mop-up round on this exam.

NEET AIQ Counselling Procedure 2019

Counselling of NEET 2019 for AIQ seats will be conducted in two rounds in online mode. Given below is the AIQ counselling procedure:

  1. Candidate Registration: Candidates can now register for AIQ first round from June 19, 2019, in online mode. The link to register for AIQ counselling of NEET 2019 has been given above.
  2. Choice Filling and Locking (Round 1): After registration, candidates will have to choose the courses and colleges of their preference and finally lock-in their preferences in the online portal.
  3.  Seat Allotment Result (Round 1): The result of first round of AIQ seat allotment will be published online on the basis of available vacancies and candidate’s choices. Seat allotment result of AIQ first counselling round will also be made available here.
  4. Reporting to college against round one allotment: Candidates who will be allotted a seat in NEET AIQ first counselling round, they will be required to either reject the allotted seat or report to the allotted college and complete the admission formalities, before the last date of reporting to college. Candidates who choose to accept the allotted college in round one will also be eligible to participate in NEET 2019 AIQ counselling second round, provided they express their willingness for the same in the online portal.
  5. New Registration (Round 2): Before the second round of AIQ counselling of NEET 2019 begins, AIQ registration facility will be open for the candidates who couldn’t register in first round of AIQ counselling.
  6. Fresh Choice Filling and Locking (Round 2): Similar to AIQ counselling round one, candidates will be given a chance to enter new choices and prioritize their course and college preference in the portal. Finally, candidates will be required to lock their preferences before the last day of locking preferences.
  7. Seat Allotment Result (Round 2): MCC will then publish the result of seat allotment of second round of AIQ counselling detailing the ranks admitted on AIQ seats and the colleges in which they got admission.
  8. Reporting to college against round two allotment: Candidates who will be allotted and join a seat in second round of 15% AIQ counselling will not be permitted to vacate their seats as per the orders of the Supreme Court of India. Those wishing to leave the seats without joining will forfeit their registration fee of Rs. 10,000.
