Kia Motors has surprised after the launching of Kia Sonet at an introductory price of Rs. 6.71 lakh ex-showroom price in Delhi. It is an extremely lucrative SUV in the motors market in India with multiple engines, stellar looks, confident drive capabilities, and most important loaded features. Sonet has made a space in the market with incredible features. Kia Sonet’s starting price is lower than other cars like The Hyundai Venue, Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV300, and Ford Ecosport.

But the new challenger is going to be challenged by the new competitor Nissan Magnite. Nissan is going to launch its upcoming Nissan Magnite in India after Diwali. The price of the Magnite will be expected between Rs. 5.49 – 9.79 Lakh. The company has been a part of India for far longer with limited popularity. Magnite is making a space in the SUV segments, it has the pressure of establishing’s Nissan’s in the market of Motors. The production of the Magnite has been started at the company’s plant in Chennai and expected to be launch soon. Some information related to Magnite’s engines and color has officially announced by the Japanese carmakers.

Engines Options of Kia Sonet and Nissan Magnite:

Sonet offered engines like Smartstream 1.2-litre petrol, Power- 83PS,  Torque-115Nm, Transmission- 5-speed MT, Mileage- 18.4kmpl and other engines with Smartstream 1.0-litre T-GDi petrol, Power- 120PS, Torque- 172Nm, Transmission- 6-speed iMT/7-speed DCT, Mileage- 18.2kmpl, and another engine with 1.5-litre CRDi diesel, Power- 100PS/115PS, Torque- 240Nm/250Nm, Transmission- 6-speed MT/6-speed AT, Mileage- 24.1kmpl.

While Magnite offered some extra models with the engines like 1.0L B4D Petrol MT, MT XE, MT XL, MT XV, MT XV with Tech Pack, MT XV Premium other with 1.0L HRAO Petrol MT, Turbo MT XL, Turbo MT XV, Turbo MT XV with Tech Pack, Turbo MT XV Premium, Turbo MT XV Premium with Tech Pack, Turbo MT XV Premium(0) with Tech Pack, and other with 1.0L HRAO Petrol CVT, Turbo X-Tronic CVT XL, Turbo X-Tronic CVT XV, Turbo X-Tronic CVT XV with Tech Pack, Turbo X-Tronic CVT XV Premium, Turbo X, Tronic CVT XV Premium with Tech Pack, Turbo X-Tronic CVT XV Premium (O), Turbo X-Tronic CVT XV Premium (O) with Tech Pack.

Nissan will put up Magnite in four trims like- XE, XV, XV Premium, and  XL and in many as 20 variants.

Colour Options:

Both companies are providing many different colors for their models. Sonet has available in Red, Glacier White  Pearl, Beige Gold with Aurora Black Pearl, Steel Silver, Aurora Black Pearl, Beige Gold, Intelligence Blue, Glacier White Pearl with Aurora Black Pearl, Gravity Gray, and Intense Red with Aurora Black Pearl.

While Magnite is offering eight color options to the customers as five single tone- Fiery Garnet Red, Sandstone Brown, Blade Silver, Onyx Black, and Storm White and Three Dual-tone as Vivid Blue with Storm White, Pearly White with Onyx Black, and Fiery Garnet Red with Onyx Black.

Sonet has a well edge when it comes to their features on offer but Nissan will offer a Tech pack to the customer because Magnite is making a make or break offer for Nissan’s upcoming car. The company is competing with its rivals after launching the new motor. So, Let’s wait for the official launching of Magnite.
