After thrashing the England in all the three format, the Three Lions are ready to conquer the Pakistan in the upcoming series against them. England and Pakistan will meet in 4 test series, which will be followed by the 5 ODI matches and at last a single t20 match will be played.
The first test will begin on July 14 at the Lord Crickets ground. The PCB has announced their squad and surprisingly they omitted Ahmed Shehzad from the squad and Iftikhar Ahmed has been named in the Test Quad.
On the other side, England has omitted James Anderson as he is recovering from the injury. Gary Ballance has been recalled to the team in place of Nick Compton, who is dropped from the squad on the back of the poor performance in the last series against the Pakistan.
Meanwhile, 28 years old Toby Roland-Jones is expected to play the first test at Lords in place of Anderson. Also, it looks like England team has moved on from the Ian Bell as the latter has not included in this squad even after his impressive performance in the County Matches.
