The former Indian left-arm spinner Pragyan Ojha suffered an injury during the match between India Blue and Indian Green. These both teams are playing the pink ball match in Duleep Trophy match on Wednesday.
The incident took place when Pankaj Singh was batting over the bowling of the Jalaj Saxena and Pragyan Ojha was fielding at mid-off. Pankaj played a cross batted shot over the flighted bowling of the off-spinner Jalaj Saxena and the ball just landed near Ojha and was hit on his head.
Pragyan Ojha immediately fell on the ground after being hit by the pink ball. The players from both the teams surrounded him and Ojha was in complete shock after seeing all the players surrounding him.

According to the sources, Pragyan Ojha was in semi-conscious state and he immediately took to the hospital. The coach of the India Green, WV Raman accompanied Pragyan Ojha to the Hospital.
Meanwhile, reports are coming that Pragyan Ojha was talking to the hospital staff during his way to a hospital and it is believed that his condition is not that much serious. But, the medical team does not want to take any risk with him, so he will undergo a couple of scans and MRI.
All the Cricketing board of the different countries have been more attentive towards the player’s injury after the sudden passing of Australia Cricketer Philip Hughe in 2014. Also, the U-19 Bengal team captain Ankit Kesari also passes away last year after collision while fielding.
