PUBG Video Game And 118 More Mobiles Apps Banned By Indian Government

Good afternoon to all our readers. A piece of big news comes that Player’s Unknown Battleground Mobile is banned in India and along with this 118 Chinese apps are also banned and this is all happened because of the Chinese provocation in Ladakh. Just an hour ago, this news was declared by all the news channels, and a statement released by the government in which they said that “The move was in the interest of sovereignty and integrity of India, defense of India and security”. The government did this for the security reason that’s why they banned 118 Chinese apps including PUBG.

A few months ago, 59 Chinese apps include TikTok, Shareit got banned by the government because they leak the data of the people through the apps. Now they banned PUBG MOBILE Nordic Map: Livik, PUBG MOBILE LITE, WeChat Work, WeChat, etc. As per the government, PUBG MOBILE is banned under Section 69A of the Information Technology Act, and they said in a statement that “they are engaged in activities which are prejudicial to sovereignty and integrity of India, defense of India, the security of the state and public order”. If we check about the active users in PUBG then it may covers approx 33 million users means 3.3 crores people are used this app in India. It may hugely affect the streamers, gamers, and YouTubers, who used to play this game and by which they get money and feed their family.

A few days ago, a piece of news came from the government that the Union Education Ministry is made a plan to offer job opportunities to Indian students interested in playing online games and they stated that they organized a national level type hackathon in which they offer online games to the candidates. Still, it’s not confirmed that the 118 Chinese apps including PUBG nad all get banned or not.
