The world’s most beloved and favorite online game named Players Unknown Battleground Mobile (PUBG Mobile) will eliminate entrance for players in India from 30th October 2020, Friday. The decision took place around two months ago when the Indian government banned the most played game of India named PUBG mobile along with its lite version and also other 116 Chinese apps in the month of September. The PUBG Mobile and its lite version were removed from the Google Play Store as well as from the Apple store but the user who already installed this game on their phone can easily access the game and played it. The game ban was quite different from other apps because the other apps can’t be used after the ban but the game is still used by the users.

The official statement of banning the game was published on Thursday through the official Facebook of Tencent Games who is the existing publishing and distribution partner of the game in the country. In the statement, they reveal that they eliminate all the services and access in the country from 30th October 2020. The official statement of PUBG Mobile is that guarding user data has continually stayed a top superiority and we should continuously comply with appropriate data security laws and commands in India. All users’ gameplay data is treated in a simple way as published in our privacy policy.

The government of India banned almost all the apps which are linked with china such as PUBG Mobile and PUBG Mobile Lite and with this the government banned approx 116 Chinese apps. The ban was coming under the section of 69A which comes under the Information Technology Act and the motive of the ban “in the interest of sovereignty and integrity” of the country. The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology said in a press conference that “This movement will safeguard the benefits of crores of Indian mobile and internet users”.
