On Wednesday, Bollywood’s veteran actor Randhir Kapoor informed that he is trying to find the late brother Rajiv Kapoor’s divorce decree papers to show in the court. According to the sources, the court ordered Randhir Kapoor and his sister Rima Jain to show the decree paper in the court for their property-related case.
During the speaking with Randhir Kapoor, he said that divorce paper is necessary to make probate and also said that his brother is divorced and I have to make probate. To make that, I need a divorce paper of my brother and usually, he stayed in Pune and with us. I can not find tha paper and I am trying to find out in both place. I have already put some people to find this and they are working on it. Even, I don’t know about the papers and where my brother kept that. He is not here with me” said Randhir Kapoor.
Along with the above information, Randhir Kapoor said that they have approached the best advocate named Yogesh Adhia, who is handling this case but he refused to say anything without proper information and saying he had no details at the point. The next date to show the divorce decree in court has given by the magistrate on the last date and now, Randhir Kapoor is trying his best to find out the papers at any cost. More confirmed details will come out on the next hearing of court and the day will also show that Randhir Kapoor could produce the divorce decree to the court.
Rajiv Kapoor, was a film producer, director, and Indian actor. Along with this, he was beloved members of the Kapoor’s family. Late Rishi Kapoor and Randhir Kapoor is an elder brother of him and they were a Bollywood actor. While legendary actor Shammi Kapoor and Shashi Kapoor were uncle of them and Prithviraj Kapoor was a grandfather him. He started his career in Bollywood movie through Ek Jaan Hain Hum in 1983.
Rajiv Kapoor died on February 9, 2021, and the administration letter was filed by his elder brother Randhir and his sister Rima to get the property and credit of late Rajiv Kapoor. According to the sources, Rajiv Kapoor married in 2001 to Aarti Sabharwal and they separated after two years. Now, the more details regarding to the case will come out in further dates.
