Redmi K30 Pro To Launch on March 24 Price in India Specification Features Images

Redmi K30 Pro is all set to get a launch after along anticipation. This newly launching smartphone is ready for its launch on March 24 and will come as an upgrade to the Redmi K30 that debuted last year in 4G and 5G variants in the month of December.

The official teaser of Redmi K30 Pro has already revealed that the smartphone will come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC. In addition to that, the Xiaomi sub-brand has also revealed the design as well as camera details of the upcoming device.

Recently, the brand also announced that the Redmi K30 Pro would make its first appearance as an official partner for action movie Fast and Furious 9 that is also ready to make a release in the US on 2nd April 2021.

Launch Details

The Redmi K30 Pro launch will take place in China on 24th March 2020. Because of the coronavirus outbreak, Xiaomi is not hosting any big official launch event. In its place, the company will conduct a livestream online via official Redmi account on Weibo. Details regarding the global debut of the Redmi K30 Pro are not revealed yet and will be announced soon by the company. On the other hand, if we consider the brands previous records, the smartphone would make its first appearance in the markets which also includes India on an upcoming date.

Expected Features & Specifications

According to the official teasers, the company has confirmed that the Redmi K30 Pro is going to come with an HDR10+ display with Super AMOLED panel that has been manufactured by Samsung. The phone is also going to have 1200 nits of peak brightness, and a 180Hz touch sampling rate. On the other hand, you won’t get to see a top-notch refresh rate.

The upcoming smartphone will be powered by the Snapdragon 865 SoC, coupled with an LPDDR5 RAM as well as UFS 3.1 storage. The phone is also going to include a 3.5mm headphone jack and an Infrared (IR) blaster.

Quite similar to the Redmi K20 series, the Redmi K30 Pro is going to come with the pop-up selfie camera. The phone will come with a circular camera module at the back with quad rear cameras that consist of a 64-inch Sony IMX686 primary sensor along with a 1.6-micron pixel size.

One can also expect to see dual optical image stabilisation (OIS) along with telephoto shooter on board. The camera setup of the Redmi K30 Pro is expected to offer up to 3x optical zoom.

Redmi K30 Pro price (expected)

Earlier, Redmi K20 Pro went on sale in China with a pricing of CNY 2,999 (roughly Rs. 32,000). However, Xiaomi hasn’t made any official announcement regarding the prices of the Redmi K30 Pro, but a Chinese e-commerce site Suning suggested that the phone will come with a price tag of CNY 3,299 (approximately Rs. 35,200).
