Cutoff of CGL tier-1 exam:  It is expected to be somewhere between 112-122 marks. Most of candidates are saying to have scored at least 130 marks based on their evaluation off official answer keys. Now, how high or low the cut off will go, that will be known when SSC officially announces the result and the cut-off.

The results will be announced in merit list format, shortlisting the candidates who will secure marks above a minimum set cut-off marks. Easier the exam is, higher the number of candidates obtaining high marks will be and the cut off marks will then be set on the upper level. The tougher the exam is, cut off is likely to go down.

The process of making representations ended on 26th Sept. It is now considering that SSC will take few days to sort out the representations.
