A very serious and harsh collision and the accident happened in a horror Queensland highway crash where four women who were in their 20s passed away and were killed after their car and a semi-trailer collided at the spot. The accident happened n the New England Highway and the women, South Korean backpackers who had been working on a farm near Stanthorpe in the Southern Downs region, had been leaving work when they were struck on the New England Highway. The accident was too serious and harsh and the person who was in the accident got seriously injured and lost their life.

After the accident, the police officials confirmed that the women had been entering the intersection of Granite Belt Drive near The Summit around 5.30 PM and had failed to give way to a semi-trailer and in this accident, all the four women were aged in their mid-20s passed away at the spot after met with the accident.
According to the statement of Assistant Commissioner Mike Condon, it is stated that they appeared to have regretfully failed to give way, with the vehicle failing to yield to a semi-trailer, and they were hit side-on, tragically losing their lives at the site despite paramedics’ best attempts.
