The popular crossover fighting game, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, is all set to bring a new character in its gameplay that has increased the excitement of many gamers. Well, many of the gamers must be aware of Kayuza, which is one of the popular Tekken fighting games series characters and it is now going to be joining Super Smash Bros. Ultimate revealed by Nintendo.
Nintendo has made the official announcement of bringing Tekken’s Kazuya in the Super Smash Bros as its latest character in its Ultimate roster. This new character was revealed by Masahiro Sakurai, who is the director of the Nintendo and Smash Bros game at E3 2021 during a Nintendo Direct presentation that was held on Tuesday.
Kazuya from Tekken Game Series To Join Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
While announcing the latest character Kazuya in the game’s Ultimate roster, it was revealed using his one of the best signature moves i.e. tossing people into volcanoes. In addition to that, Sakurai during the Nintendo Direct presentation at E3 2021 also announced that there are more details about their newest character Kazuya Mishima which they are going to reveal on 28th June 2021.
Talking about the latest upcoming character i.e. Tekken’s Kazuya, it is going to be a part of Nintendo’s flagship fighter as a classic fighting character which will join other popular character like Ryu from Street Fighter or Terry Bogard from Fatal Fury.
In addition to that, Kazuya Mishima is going to be the fifth classic fighter character that has been confirmed to arrive as a part of the Fighters Pass Volume Two from Switch game. On the other hand, it will be 81st playable character to be added in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, excluding Echo Fighters.
Additional Confirmed Characters & Fighters Pass Costs
Other than Kazuya, there are also some other new characters that have been added recently such as Xenoblade Chronicles 2’s Pyra and Mythra, Final Fantasy 7’s Sephiroth, Arms, and Minecraft’s characters such as Min Min and Steve/Alex respectively. Before Kazuya, Pyra and Mythra (Xenoblade Chronicles 2) are the most recently added classic fighting characters to the roster which were released in the month of March. Nintendo is also anticipated to be revealing other new characters (at least one) to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate at the end of this year in 2021 for its second Fighters Pass.
As far as the costs of Fighters Pass is considered, it is $29.99 but for the six characters in total along with a final character that is scheduled to be announced at the end of this year to the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Additionally, the players can pay $5.99 each for an individual character who doesn’t want the complete collection.
Talking about Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, it is the fifth successful installment in the Super Smash Bros. series that was launched in 2018 as a crossover fighting game. It was developed by Bandai Namco Studios and Sora Ltd. while Nintendo has published the game for Nintendo Switch.
