TCL Technology has unveiled the TCL 20 Pro 5G, TCL 20L, TCL 20L+, TCL 205, and TCL foldable and rollable concept today. These concepts are fresh and amazing additions from the company. The TCL 20 5G and 20 SE were already announced in January 2021. The new TCL 20 series smartphones come with the companies Nxtvision display technology for providing accurate colors in the series. Also, we can see some filters of light blue and high screen-to-body ratio with a one-piece design. The TCL offers the first Fold and Roll flexible display phone that gives a bigger display.
TCL 20 Pro 5G, TCL 20L, TCL 20L+, TCL 20S, TCL Fold ‘n Roll: Price
The company offers the TCL 20 Pro 5G smartphone at the price of EUR 549 (approx. Rs 49,500) that will come in Marine Blue and Moondust Grey colors. While TCL 20L will have a price of EUR 229 (approx. Rs 20,700) that comes in Luna Blue and Eclipse Black color. On the other side, TCL 20L+ is a set of EUR 269 (approx. Rs 24,300) that comes in North Star Blue and Milky Way Gray color options. According to the details, the price of the TCL 20S is not revealed yet but the company told that this model will come in Moondust Grey color option. Also, there are no price details of the TCL Fold and Roll concept by the company. Along with this, there is no information regarding the launching of the TCL 20 series models.
TCL 20 Pro 5G: Specification & Feature
The model will come with an Android 11 version with TCL UI on top. It has a display of 6.67-inch Full-HD+ (1,080×2,400) pixels with a curved AMOLED display that converts to SDR to HDR. It has 394 pixels PPI density, a 20:9 aspect ratio, 700 nits brightness, and also, has a screen to body 93 percent. Along with this, the model comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G SoC that supports Adreno 619 GPU. The company offers 6GB+256GB storage in device and the storage can be expanded via MicroSD.
It has a 48-megapixel Sony Primary sensor camera with an f/1.79 lens, a 16-megapixel camera with ultra-wide-angle, a 2-megapixel macro shooter camera, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor camera. Here is a 32-megapixel camera that is located on the upper side of the screen.
Let’s talk about the connectivity options so, it has 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, GPS, and Type-C port. Accelerometer, dual light sensor, RGB sensor, e-compass, barometer, hall switch, proximity sensor, and gyro sensor are available in the smartphone. While it has a finger on the display. The smartphone comes with a 4,500mAh battery with fast charging of 18W and 15W charging support.
TCL 20L, TCL 20L+: Specification
These two models, TCL 20L and TCL 20L+ come with some same specification but it has some different camera than another smartphone. It has 6.67-inch Full HD 1,080×2,400 pixels display with an aspect ratio of 20:9 with screen-to-body 91 percent, 500 nits brightness, and 395 ppi pixel density. TCL 20L smartphone powered with Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC with 6GB+128GB of storage and TCL 20L+ powered with Adreno 610 GPU with 6GB+256GB of storage. Both smartphones can be expanded via MicroSD.
If we talk about photos and videos, the TCL 20L model comes with a quad rear camera with 48-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel sensor camera, a 2-megapixel macro shooter camera, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor camera. While the TCL 20L+ comes with a 64-megapixel camera shooter with an f/1.79 aperture lens. For selfies and videos, the company provides a 16-megapixel selfie camera at the front of both models.
While, if we talk about the connectivity options of the smartphone so, it supports 4G, GPS/A-GPS, Bluetooth version 5, Type-C USB port, including e-compass, gyro sensor, ambient sensor, and proximity sensor. While it also has a fingerprint sensor which is trending nowadays on the latest smartphone. These smartphones support a 5,000mAh battery capacity with an 18W fast charging support. Both smartphones have the same dimension of measures 166.2×76.9×9.1mm and have the same weight of 199 grams. The concept of the TCL’s Fold and Roll smartphone has been officially shared in the company event that was happened on January 2021 CES event.
