Uttar Pradesh’s district Lalitpur court has passed their judgment on four people to life imprisonment. It was a case of 2009 when these four people- Vikram Singh, Jandail Singh, Monu, and Moru Raja murdered a man. 11 years ago, they brutally killed a man name Ramratan on June 17, 2009. After the incident has happened at the place then the local people found the dead body of the victim and call the police.The life imprisonment was suspended by Additional District and Sessions Judge Anupam Goyal on Tuesday and also, slapped a fine of Rs. 1 Lakh each on four of them, Jandail Singh, Vikram Singh, Monu, and Moru Raja. Now, the families of the four accused have to pay the fine charged on the four men for killing a person in 2009.
According to the reports, When this incident took place, these four culprits ran away from the spot but, the victim’s brother Suraj Prasad Tiwari filed a First Information Report (FIR) on this case. After that, the investigation started from the side of the Police. But, it takes a very long time to give justice to the victim and his family.
Victim Ramratan found dead on the spot and the investigation was started after his brother’s FIR. These four were arrested in a week and the case was registered on them for killing a person. The case was also registered in the court and after a very long investigation, the accused got the punishment of killing a person. Also, they have to pay a fine to his family which helps the victim’s family to live their lives.
Also, the court has ordered the prisoners to give half of the fine amount to the victim’s family. Ramratan was a resident of the Lalitpur district with his brother Suraj Prasad Tiwari and family members. After investigating the case, the police found that it was a personal convict between them. But, nobody knows that the convict takes such a dangerous step that caused the life of Ramratan.
When the matter came out, many people supported the Ramratan family and his brother as well. Now, the convicts will be taken to the Lalitpur district jail for life imprisonment. The victim’s family member was asking for justice since 2009. Also, the court ordered the convicts to pay half of the fine amount to the Ramratan family for making their living life better.
