Democratic Party Candidate Joe Biden has been elected for the 46th President of the United States of America after beating the race with incumbent President Donald Trump. 2o electoral votes of Pennsylvania’s took Biden through the 270 electoral votes needed to win and Democratic Party legislator Kamala Harris becomes the first South Asian Vice President of the US and also, the first woman who will hold the seat as a Vice President. Joe Biden has addressed the nation on the 8th of November. He said in his victory speech,” The people of the nation have spoken. They have delivered us a convincing victory. A clear victory,” Biden also told the people to support their hometown of Wilmington, Delaware.
The official news came out by the US Media- CNN, NYT, FOX News, and BBC that Joe Biden has taken 20 Electoral votes victory over the US after getting the 306 Electoral votes that exactly like Donald Trump had won the election of 2016 after getting more than 270 Electoral votes required.
Before the result of the election, Trump tweeted from his official account that He had won the polls by a big margin. But after a few hours, Biden comes to address the nation and said,” We may be opponents, but we’re not enemies.
Biden also said that We have to remember the main purpose of our politics, which is not an implacable war. His statement was for the incumbent President Donald Trump, who has been claiming and warning Joe Biden to don’t take the presidency ‘Wrongfully’ and also asserts him of ‘Stealing Election’ from him.
