VMOU RSCIT Result 2019 Kota Open University Results Marksheet Download at vmou.ac.in

Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU), formerly Kota Open University, has declared the result of Rajasthan State Certificate in Information Technology (RSCIT) examination 2019 on 20th July 2019. The RSCIT result is available on the official website of VMOU i.e. rkcl.vmou.ac.in. The result has been uploaded district wise on the portal. The candidates who have participated in the examination can download the result either by using their roll number or else using their name and date of birth. The RSCIT exam was held on June 30, 2019.

After the completion of the exam, earlier VMOU had also released the answer keys online. The candidates were allowed to raise the objection against the answer key (if any) till July 4, 2019.

RSCIT is an IT course offered by the government of Rajasthan in collaboration with Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Ltd. It is the entrance exam and the candidates who qualify the examination will be offered admission at the university based on their merit.

Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU) that was previously known as Kota Open University was renamed by the Government of Rajasthan on September 21, 2002, through a Gazette notification and it was established in 1987 as a pioneering institution for open learning in Rajasthan.

Steps to check the VMOU RSCIT Result 2019

  • Go to the official website, vmou.ac.in
  • Click on the ” RS-CIT Examination Result” on the homepage
  • Select your district first and chose an option to search your results
  • Enter the required details.
  • Your result will be displayed on the screen.
  • Download and take a printout of it for future use.

The idea of establishing an open university in the State of Rajasthan has its origin in the observations of the UGC Committee under the Chairmanship of Late Prof G. Rama Reddy which observed that the distance system in Rajasthan is well established and has the potential of growing into a full-fledged Open University.
