This era of Indian Cricket  is on a roll like other teams of World Cricket. This Indian side is on transition period especially after the retirement of MS Dhoni, Virat Kohli has been appointed as the new captain of Indian test team and he has been doing his job brilliantly as his led side has defeated Sri Lanka in Sri Lanka and then went on to defeat South Africa by 3-0.

Now, Anil Kumble has been appointed as the new head coach of Indian Cricket team and the buzz has been started about the “Kumble-Kohli” partnership. The cricketing experts around the world are predicting that both Kohli and Kumble can take this Indian team to a new level especially  in the longer version of the game.

It is believed that Kumble wants his team to be ready to cope up with every new challenge during any game in the future. Earlier, it was seen that all the pace factory of the indian team were batting during the net session in the Banglore.

It means that Kumble and Kohli want their lower order to contribute with the bat in critical situations. And current news is coming that Virat
Kohli was seen wearing the gloves behind the stumps.

Yes, friends , Kohli who is one of the greatest batsmen of this generation, was seen doing the wicketkeeping on Saturday,during the net session in Bengaluru. Although, there is a regular wicketkeeper-batsman Wriddhiman Saha is the squad and also KL Rahul who was doing the wicket keeping for RCB in recently passed IPL, but Kumble wants Kohli to be ready for any uncertain circumstances.

He wants Kohli to be a genuine all-round cricketer, as Kohli can bat , he can bowl, he is a brilliant fielder and now he is trying his luck in wicketkeeping. This will make him a top class performer in the World Cricket like AB De Villiers.

Although, Kohli had done wicketkeeping during the tour of Bangladesh when MS Dhoni left the field and he had done wicketkeeping for the over of Umesh Yadav over.

Well, it looks like the Indian test Skipper’s is looking all set to the new challenges which will be asked by his new coach Anil Kumble in the upcoming tour of West Indies.
