A couple of days ago, on the complaint of 19 years old, Ainara Suarez, the famous Social media influencer and Mexican Youtuber, named, Yoselinne Hoffman, most famously known as “YosStop” was detained at the Santa Martha Acatitla prison in Mexico City. It has been reported that the Ainara alleged the Mexico YouTuber of releasing a rape video over her youtube channel under the heading, “Pathetic Generation” and also complained that Yose is certainly to be held responsible for spreading the victim’s rape video over the internet.
It has been revealed that that the victim in the rape video is in fact, none other than, but Ainara herself. Recently, Ainara and her legal lawyer went to an interview, in which she revealed how she got to know about her rape video and how she felt so exposed and utterly depressed. During the interview, she told the interviewer, that she never knew, the existence of the video, until one day after the party, a friend of hers sent a video to her and asked, what happened?
Ainara also acknowledged that the day the Mexican YouTuber uploaded the victim’s rape video over her youtube channel, she felt humiliated, exposed, depressed and whatnot. She told that she was not ready for all of that, and at that moment, all she felt was numb. Ainara also stated that as a matter of fact, she even tried to contact Yostop, but the YouTuber blocked her.
After this incident, Ainara felt a lot of backlash from social media and thereafter, she filed a complaint against the young people who raped her and also registered a complaint against Yosaline for spreading the rape tape of the victim on 3rd March 2021. Ainara also shared a legal complaint filed by her legal team against the YouTuber and five others named, “Carlos R, G Julian, Axel A, Patricio A and Nicolas B.”
Well, talking about the incident, then, back on 25th May 2018, the 16-year old Ainara attended a party at the residence of Axel A. During the party, Axel and his other friends consumed alcoholic liquors and it has been said that under the influence of alcohol, those minors raped the young Ainara by inserting a bottle of champagne into her feminine vagina without her permission.
This Wednesday, that is, on 30th June 2021, the first hearing of the complaint against Yoseline Hoffman by Ainara was held. Talking about that, Ainara said that although it the first step, she is extremely grateful, that finally Justice is being served to her. She knows that a lot of things are on her way, but she is relieved that justice is starting to be done.
