A piece of news is circulating on all the internet where the exploring pictures of Alexis Avila on his official Facebook handle where the lady from Hobbs who was accused of attempted murder after dumping her baby in a dumpster. Talking about who is Alexis Avila then she is 18 years old who has been accused of the attempted murder of her newborn baby which is stated by the Hobbs police. The whole incident and event happened on the evening of Friday and the video of the whole matter has been taken as a piece of evidence. At around 8 PM of Friday, the police department in Hobbs which is in New Mexico, around three miles from the Texas state line, reacted to criticism, and then the paramedics ran the newborn to the nearest hospital in Lubbock, Texas, hospital. The mother named Alexis Avila was found after researchers used safety video from the spot to determine a suspect vehicle and then she admitted to giving birth and dumping the child and the information of the matter is stated by the police. New Mexico lacks a Safe Haven rule, which would permit a person to leave a newborn up to 90 days old with the staff of the hospital staff without the suspicion of criminal penalty if the child had not been manipulated or harmed.
