Recently, a video on the internet is going viral in which Karl Rock, who is reported to a New Zealand based content creator was seen asking help from his supporters to unite him with his wife. As per the reports, for the past eight months, all of his attempts of meeting his wife has been futile. It has been said that YouTuber married, Manisha Malika, who is of Indian Origin, but due to the second wave of the Wuhan virus pandemic, Malika got stuck in New Delhi.
However, the most torturing part is that the visa of Rock has been banned by the Indian government and because of that, he is not able to meet his wife, who is currently residing in New Delhi. Rock on the flip side is currently residing in New Zealand, however, he is trying his absolute best in order to meet his wife, even if he has to make use of his social media platform.

Karl Rock is a New Zealand based author, blogger and YouTuber and is quite efficient at speaking in the Hindi Language, even better than some native Hindi speakers. He has a youtube channel named, “Karl Rock”, in which the YouTuber shares tips and tricks on how to travel in India confidently and safely and currently has more than 1.8 million followers. Besides, he used to live in India before his visa got banned by the Indian government and is married to Manisha Malika, who is of Indian descent.
Two days ago, that is, on 9th July 2021, the Youtuber uploaded a video the title of which was “why I have not seen my Wife in 269 days” with a hashtag, #Blacklist Episode 1. In the video, he could be seen talking about how his visa got cancelled when he was travelling in Dubai. Rock also said that the Government of India did not give him an official reason for the same and later he got to know, he was blacklisted. Moreover, he did not get any response from the Indian Home Ministery, when he tried to reach them numerous times through e-mail or even when his wife went to the Home Ministry in Delhi.
However, later, both the Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministery of External Affairs stated that the visa of Karl Rock was blacklisted because of various reasons including carrying business activities on a tourist visa, directing economic activities without informing the Foreigner registration office, invading prohibited areas without permission and not presenting tax returns.
As per the reports, the Visa of Rock is banned for about a year. However, amid all these reasons, there are several conjectures, that may be because of his CAA protest, the YouTuber’s visa was blacklisted. Whatever be the case, Karl Rock is appealing to his people over the internet to sign his petition on change.org. Moreover, on Saturday, he and his wife have also passed a petition in front of the Delhi High court to get him discharged from the blacklist.
