As per the statement released by the director of operations for the Pitkin County Sheriff’s Office Capitol Peak on the 3rd of September, there was not any kind of information about the woman whether she was returning back after she had arrived from the summit or if there was another reason, that made her fall from the 900-foot Capitol Peak. The authority is working closely with the police, to help them with the information about the woman.
