One of the top-notch Chinese smart wearable brands named, “Amazfit” has finally launched its brand new smartwatch model, “Amazfit GTR 2 LTE” in the Spanish and German market beside Amazfit Powerbuds Pro earbuds. The key highlight of this new LTE model of the smartwatch is that it has an extra eSIM call function, meanwhile, it has been reported that most of the features of this smartwatch are quite similar to the Amazfit GTR 2 model, which was launched the previous year. The design of the watch is also quite stylish, as it comes with a silicone strap and contains multiple functions such as a heart rate monitor, blood oxygen saturation tracker (SpO2) along with a round dial.
Amazfit GTR 2 LTE Specification
The new LTE model of Amazfit has an AMOLED display of 1.39 inches with a pixel density of 326ppi and comes with 450 nits of peak brightness. Moreover, just like the latest smartwatch of Apple, the new smartwatch of Amazfit comes with an oxygen saturation measurement feature, however, this feature has not been approved by medical experts.
In addition, the smartwatch comes with a 3D glass protection on the tip, while, it is assembled with multiple sensors including an air pressure sensor, ambient light sensor, heart rate sensor, gyroscope and accelerometer sensor. Moreover, the biggest highlight of this watch is that it has an auxiliary eSIM LTE call function. Furthermore, the LTE model is laced with approximately 12 sports professional modes.
Also, it has been said that there is a possibility that the LTE watch of Amazfit will come with onboard storage of 3GB, which has the ability to store offline playback songs up to 600. Then, there is a battery of 417mAh in the smartwatch that provides a battery life of 2 weeks. Moreover, it has been reported that if the users use the LTE smartwatch in the power-saving mode, then, the battery life can extend up to 38 days.
However, Amazfit has clearly stated that the battery life depends on various factors, one of which is that how often you use the LTE calling function. Additionally, most of the features of the GTR 2 LTE is similar to GTR 2 which means that this smartwatch too will come with Bluetooth, GPS and Wifi connectivity along with an NFC and two satellite positioning. Besides, there is a Wi-Fi music transmission feature too which allows the passage of music via a Wi-fi network.
Amazfit GTR 2 LTE Price & Availability
As of now, the company has announced the launching of Amazfit GTR 2 LTE in the Spanish and German markets. It is still not clear when the company is going to launch the same in the global market.
